1Asynchronous activity1
-I am using the criteria Le4/a as I want my students to use the target language (arabic) at 90%. In addition, I will provide them with the opportunities to acquire language in meaningful context by using both LE5, b/c criteria.
First of all ,you need to go to: http://flipquiz.me/quiz/7685 take this quiz to see if you can recognize the characters and the settings
Next, go on youtube watch these two videos
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixuwuCHBs5I
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTgAbgCXNGo
After watching both videos try your best to describe the settings and the characters . Where does this story take place. What clothes the characters are wearing.
At this time, you need to discuss with one of your friend if the story is fiction, or non-fiction
Before you decide if it s fiction or non-fiction you can go online and try to find the book of Avecinna which is called "The Canon of Medicine " and try to compare it to One Thousand and One Nights since they are both produced almost at the same time
For your review, and to make better understanding the story you will find two PDF attachments below.

2Synchronous Activity2
I am using the PF2: I employ a variety of feedback strategies designed to assist the learner in growing toward the target by providing students with opportunities to compare their current performance to previous performance which is sub-criteria d
